This is as political as it gets here at Ghost Boner, unless The Governator steps into the cage with Fedor any time soon. We all know the problem with democracy is that everyone gets a say. Short of proposing a bill to ban voting, I suggest that we institute a test at the voting booth. The test would be extremely short, like one question short, something along the lines of identify the following person.
Now here is the twist, you don't find out if you are right or not. For example, if you correctly identify the picture above as rapper, Young Jeezy, you get a different ballot that doesn't count. So, in 2 years when things are fucked up in the government, you will hear people say, "Don't blame me, I voted for Elmo."
